HBControls Standard shipping policies:
All shipments are shipped FOB our plant in Fall River, MA. The default method of shipment is UPS Ground and ships at 4:30PM EST M-F
Other shipment methods are available and welcome upon request.
Shipping charges will be Pre-Pay and added to the customer’s invoice unless otherwise arranged ahead of time.
Only Continental US shipping can be completed by the web service, for all international shipments please contact us directly.
Customers will only be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred.
Insurance is optional and is the responsibility of the customer to set up in advance.
By placing a purchase order or online order with HBControls, you, the customer, agree to these terms and conditions.
HBControls will do everything we can to ensure a smooth order and shipment, however, sometimes, items are lost or damaged during shipping. As we ship FOB our dock in Fall River, MA, we loose control of the item once it leaves our door. Please choose your shipping and insurance method with this in mind.
