Standard Shipping Policy
All shipments are shipped FOB our plant in Hyannis, MA. The default method of shipment is Ground. All shipments occur before 4:30PM EST M-F.
Other shipment methods are available and welcome upon request.
Shipping charges will be pre-pay and added to the customer’s invoice unless otherwise arranged ahead of time.
Customers will only be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred.
Insurance is optional and is the responsibility of the customer to set up in advance.
Shipping Costs for Online Orders:
Products purchased directly from the HBControls web store have the option for free Ground shipping within the United States, applicable on all orders ≥$100. Expedited shipping options are also available. Shipping costs for expedited delivery are based upon the destination and total weight of the products ordered.
There are two shipping options for international orders placed through our web store that can be selected during the checkout process:

Pre-Pay & Add - We will calculate actual freight costs once the order is placed, then charge that amount to the credit card used to place the order when the product ships. We will notify you of our calculated costs to obtain your authorizations prior to charging your credit card.

Your Freight Account - We will notify you when your order is ready to ship. We will then either bill the freight cost directly to your UPS account, or you can schedule a pick up by your preferred carrier.

By placing a purchase order or online order with HBControls, you, the customer, agree to these terms and conditions. Return authorizations may be issued at the discretion of HBControls. Restocking fees may apply on returns for standard HBControls products. Non-standard products - products that are not promoted in our catalog or website - are non-cancellable / non-returnable, unless agreed upon in writing. Returned products must be in unused, resalable condition before credit can be issued.
HBControls will do everything we can to ensure a smooth order and shipment, however, sometimes, items are lost or damaged during shipping. As we ship FOB our dock in Hyannis, MA, we surrender control of an item once it leaves our door. Please choose your shipping and insurance method with this in mind.
Warranty Information
HBControls holds quality as its highest standard of production. HBControls carries a standard warranty period of one (1) year, however, should a product fail due to manufacturing defect, it will be considered for repair or replacement for its operational life. HBControls holds no liability for damages incurred other than the replacement or repair of the original equipment provided. Any additional parts, labor or costs incurred shall not be the responsibility of HBControls.
Privacy Policy
HBControls holds customer privacy as an important obligation and requirement of doing business. We only collect, store and use information that is required for the normal operation of business and do not share or distribute this information to anyone outside of the company except when required to by law or with advance notice to the entity to whom the information applies. HBControls typically stores information and addresses on its customers and business contacts such as names, phone numbers and addresses to facilitate our business relationships. This is usually the information that is public knowledge and when we do store information that is more sensitive it is kept in secure physical and electronic locations that inhibit its unintended distribution.
